Couldn't pass this one up!

I've blogged before how Warner loves to take pictures. Here he is taking pictures with his dad's cell phone of his number one customer. Looks like she's starting to get the hang of his photo sessions. I just love how they have started playing together more. It's going to be fun to add one more to the mix of things.

FHE and God's creations

After a long weekend of preparing my talk for Standards night I was exhausted. I couldn't bring myself to think of what to do for FHE. So we did what everyone loves and sat in the hot tub! We sang popcorn popping on the apricot tree as we looked at our plum tree that was popping with blossoms. Warner thought that was really neat. Then we talked about all of God's creations we could see like the moon, clouds, sun etc. Hey it worked and everyone was able to relax and enjoy themselves! Warner sits out in the hot tub often with his dad, but Abbi has only been in a few times. She's like a little fish in there, she splashes and splashes till we're all nice and wet! So this was a fun experience for all!

Are you serious?

This morning I was woke to a ecstatic husband on the phone. Since we've been married he has been putting us both in for several different hunts hoping that one of us will draw out. Last year he drew out for a elk tag which he was so excited about. This morning we found out that I had drew out for a once in a life time buffalo tag on the Henry Mountains. I drew out with only three points to my name. Apparently people put in for this hunt their entire lives and never have this chance so I should be really excited? This means I actually have to go on the hunt instead of going to my sisters and doing some shopping. I get to spend my anniversary with my three month old baby hunting in the steep Henry Mountains. Don't get me wrong I'm excited. Just sounds like a lot of work. But hey it's worth seeing my husband so excited about something. You would think it's Christmas morning at our house today!! Happy hunting to us!

Warner's soccer adventure

This was Warner's first year of playing soccer. Playing if that's what you want to call it!! Although he looks forward to going to soccer, he won't always play. Because he's the youngest and smallest on his team he doesn't get to kick the ball that much so he refuses to go back out. Today's game he was gung ho because everyone came to watch him including a bunch of cousins. He fell and got kicked in the head. After he recovered and decided to go back out all the cousins went to play on the play ground and Warner was done. There is never a dull moment at these soccer games. As you can see Abbi is his biggest fan.

Moab 1/2 Marathon

On Abbi's 1st birthday Ryan his sister Lynzie and my sister Kristie ran the Moab half marathon. I was going to run it also, but someone had other plans for me ;) So I did the five mile run which was a really LONG WALK!! Thanks to Lynzie I have proof that Ryan ran the half. I lost our camera with all the pictures I had taken so thanks Lynz!! We were so proud of Ryan and the accomplishment of running a half. He hasn't done it since we've been married. He's spent a lot of time training for this. What an accomplishment. Just because he trained for this, doesn't mean he wasn't sore. He's just gotten to the point he can walk down the stair comfortably!! What a man!!!
