On July 18th I ran to get my hair done. After doing that I walked around Wal Mart and felt like there was no way I was going to make it another day pregnant. I still had till the 23rd when the Dr. would do my c-section. Needless to say there were a lot of tears being shed, because I was so done being pregnant! That night after I got home Ryan was out on the trampoline with the kids. I got on and decided to do a little jumping in hopes that the baby would come on her own, that way they would have to do my c-section early. No signs of a baby though. We did our nightly routine and went to bed. About 4 in the morning I woke to do my usual bathroom break! As luck would have it my water broke. I'm yelling from the bathroom to wake Ryan up. I think he was in a little shock when I was yelling my water broke. He just started pacing the floor back and forth wondering what to do. I'm telling him to just call his mom and have her come over. At this point I was wishing I had listened to Ryan the night before when he told my I should really pack a bag for the hospital. I went to the hospital with my purse, camera, and mismatching clothes on my back. That was it. We got to the hospital about 4:30 and Little Sophie was here by 6:30 AM. When we went into the operating room they had the sounds of Sunday playing and it made for an enjoyable Sunday!! We are so happy she is finally here safe and sound!Just the three of us after Sophies arrival.
Grandma brought the kids over to meet the new little sister. Abbi got a little emotional when she first saw her. She started crying like she knew her world had just changed. It broke my heart for a moment, until she started gooing over her sister.
Here are some of Sophie's visitors over the hospital stay and her first week. Grandpa Warner was in the hospital himself so we drove her to see him! From grandparents, great grandma's, aunts and uncles, and friends.....Sophie was loved!
You'll notice Warner isn't in any of these pictures....That's because Abbi is Sophie's personal guard. She even tries to share her Binky with her. Sophie has spent a lot of time in her little chair on the counter top or table. Poor thing is a little smothered by her big sister!!

Wow, that's quite the story! So glad she's here, and you got you hair done just in time :)
Sweet, sweet...thanks for sharing the story too. I was wondering. Congrats again, Charlyn.
