Born July 19th at 6:30 AM. Weighing in at 6 lbs. and 6 oz. and 21 inches long.

She's so stinkin cute we just can't keep our lips off her!

Austin James

This morning at 5:49 AM my little sister Jeannie had her first baby. Austin James weighed in at 6 lbs. 5 oz. and 19 and 1/2 inches long. He's so stinkin cute. Right after church we had to run right up to love on the little guy. Warner and Abbi were so excited to meet their new cousin. We became a little worried about how Abbi is going to have her little paws all over our new little one. She was so excited for the baby. Congrats Jeannie and James!!

Small town celebration = LOTS OF FUN!!

The 4th of July in Salina is something we all look forward to. To start the day off we are woke by dynamite being let off. This year they chose to let it off right in FRONT OF OUR HOUSE!!! I thought Ryan had fallen out of bed. It was so loud, but so exciting. That's our alarm clock for the day!!! Then it's off to breakfast at the park. After that we buy tickets and see how many prizes we can win. We ended up with two fish this year which Warner named them both Nemo and as of today one is still alive!!! After games it's time for the races!!! On your mark get set and GO!! Warner racing to the end for his quarter!

Then of course what would the day be if you didn't go for a ride in the fire truck!! Emree and Warner anticipating their ride!! Warner enjoyed honking the horn the entire time!

Then it's off to the swimming pool to dive for money!

After lunch and a little cat nap and then it's time to hit the parade, and enjoy salt water taffy and otter pops!!

There are plenty of tractors and big trucks to be seen!

Did I mention all the candy you get at the parade??

After the parade it's time to freshen up for the Rodeo with fun clowns, exciting bull riding, eating hamburgers on the dirt hill. And then lights out for the AMAZING fireworks. We love the 4th of July in Salina!!

Yuba Boating Trip

This is our first boating outing this year....and it may be our last :( I highly doubt I'll go back out before this baby arrives and by the time the baby is ready to go it will be fall time. Who knows maybe we'll do a fall Lake Powell trip? Anyway...over the 4th weekend we went out to Yuba with the Roberts family. It was such a beautiful day. We all got fried....well at least the ones I put sunscreen on were fried. So much for the spray sunscreen. I don't believe in it! It was such a fun time had by all. Hopefully Ryan's shoulder will recover from his tubing adventure!!

Of course nothing has changed for Abbi. As long as there is water and dirt this girl is so happy. She went strong all day long. Finally we went for a little boat ride and put her right to sleep.
