Finally!

A couple of weekends ago Ryan's good friend got married! These three guys were roommate's in college. They are ALL such good guys and great friends. They spend a few nights at our house throughout the year catching up over endless hours of playing the XBOX. As a matter of fact they played till 3:30 AM the morning before the wedding. I'm just glad Ray was able to wake up and make it to his big day. It's been a long time coming and we couldn't be more happier for Ray! J.J, Ray, and Ryan!

Potty Training the independent

Seriously...am I the only mother out there that thinks potty training is the worst thing we have to do? Especially for the little independent, sassy, know most of it all, I can do it myself.... Abbi? This girl has given me a run for my money! We are a few months away from turning 3 and she is for the most part potty trained! YAHOO!!! Love you Abbi, but I won't miss the potty training stage!!!

Our kids 2010 at a glance

I know the clarity of this picture isn't the best, but I LOVE it. Over the year 2010 Sophie has changed leaps and bounds! This little one is such a spitfire, that has her mom and dad in awe! Sophie 2010:

• learned to walk
• say moma, abbi, dada, buddy (warner), ouchie, shoe, "B" for blanket, and of course treat!
• Sophie is on the go. Whenever anyone drops by she wants to leave with them.
• She loves to play dress up, babies, and with Warner's batman cave.
• She learned to feed herself and grabs her high chair when she wants to eat.
• She wants to be outside no matter how cold or warm it is.
• Sophie had her 1st birthday in 2010

Abbi 2010:

• Abbi loves "STUFF" as you can see in this picture she always has a bag or her hands full of something.
• Abbi learned her ABC's and counts to 10.
• She is a bossy mother hen. She makes sure we are all doing what she wants.
• She started dance and likes it
• She goes to singing and LOVES it!
• Abbi is a daddy's girl. She thinks going for a ride in dads truck is the greatest thing ever.
• She finally moved to a big girls bed in 2010 and for the most part stays in her bed.
• Abbi turned 2 in 2010

This picture is of Warner in the summer time. Every time we drive by the pool he asks if we get to go swimming.....even when it's only 7 degrees outside!

Warner 2010:

• In 2010 Warner played T-ball
• Took swimming lessons and loved them
• This last year Warner turned into a big helper. He has a job list and he tries to do them.
• He started his last year of preschool
• He's in singing
• He's grown so much....he is in the 95% for his height for his age
• Warner looks forward to Tuesday nights going to young men's with his dad.
• Went on his first young men's camp out in 2010.
• Warner turned 5 in 2010.

It was a "JAZZ"y Christmas!

The last couple of years Ryan's parents have changed things up a little at Christmas and have been doing a family outing. This year there was a box with everyone name on it. When we opened it there was a jazz shirt for each of us and a jazz ball for the kids. That's right we got tickets to a Jazz game in a suite with prime rib dinner. Then a night at a hotel. Abbi's still begging to go back to a hotel! Little Sophie all Jazzed up. My sister called and asked if we wanted to leave Sophie with her for the night so we wouldn't have to chase her the entire time. It was hard to leave her cause she looked so cute, but it was sure nice being able to relax!
On our way in we were lucky to run into our long lost friend (hehehe) Raja Bell. He was getting ready to drive off when we snagged him for a picture!

Round Two of Warner's birthday!

When Warner's birthday month started he began thinking of all the different parties he wanted. We started out with a Train your Dragon party, then he went to Star Wars and then to Spider Man and back to Star Wars.....then in the end he decided he wanted to go bowling like we did last year! Wow!! He's planning his party for next year already.....so far it's Chucky Cheese! The party group Warner, Kaydance, Breagan, Syd, Abbi, Rilee, Boston, Rion and Stephen. They were a fun group to bowl with!

Before we left Ryan gave each of the kids a quarter to play a game. They all jumped on this merry go round and went for a ride. I think we got our quarters worth out of this ride!
