Warner's first day of preschool

This is Warner's first day of his last year of preschool. He loves school and has been looking forward to this day FOREVER! The night before school started he was so cute when he said his prayers. He prayed that he would have a good day at school, and that Abbi would do good at dance. Then to finish off his prayer he said "Heavenly Father please bless that Sophie will be okay alone at Heathers (daycare)". He's such a thoughtful big brother. Always taking care of his sisters. Finally we are on our way there.


He was so glad to get rid of the yo gabba gabba back pack from last year. He moved up to spiderman!!! Go get em' buddy!

Abbi's first day of dance

Abbi started dance in Sept. for her first time ever! She has been so excited since we decided to sign her up! The night before she wanted a fathers blessing like Warner had for school. So Ryan gave her one. She was awake first thing in the morning waiting with her back pack on. On Mondays she goes to daycare before dance so today she got up and got ready before we went. Usually it's so early we just go in our pj's, but today was the exception to that! I just love this picture of her smiling from ear to ear.....she could hardly contain her excitement.
Here she is picking her up from daycare. She's ready go to! This was enough to melt my heart seeing her in her little dancing clothes for the first time.

Vegas baby!

A couple of weeks ago Ryan had meetings in Las Vegas, so the kids and I made a trip out of it. We stayed at the South Point with was perfect for us. Got us out of all the smuck on the strip. Our hotel had swimming pools, arcade, bowling alley and a movie theater. We weren't bored for a single second! Here's little Sophie waiting patiently for her mom while she shops away at the H&M (a slice of heaven for me!) We get such a kick out of how Sophie will fold her arms on command. It's seriously so cute!

I remember as a kid at Chucky Cheese playing this game. You could win a ton of tickets on this game!

And more tickets. The kids absolutely loved when the games would spit out tickets.

You know how hotels only give you so many towels. Warner sacrificed his big towel in exchange for the hand towel. I got such a kick out of it when he walked out of the bathroom I had to take a picture. He was so excited that there was a towel that fit, that would wrap around like his dads.

We swam each day, hit the movie theater and played the arcade till we ran out of quarters. Thanks for the fun little outing Ryan!

So BIG!

Sophie just loves to be one of the "BIG KIDS". This little one loves to be outside. She goes from the Jeep to the Sand Box, to the trike. She'll do this for hours as long as the other kiddos are outside with her. I just loved this picture of her on the trike....she thinks she's so big!

A sunny rainy day?

The other day we were sitting in the house and could hear thumping on the roof. We looked outside and it was a down pour of rain. The sun was totally shining everywhere. Our kids love the book Wacky Wednesday by Dr. Sues. Warner started yelling mom it's wacky Wednesday. They were dying to run around in the rain. How could I deny them!! After all it was "Wacky Wednesday".

Golfing FHE

For months we've promised the kids to take them out to hit golf balls for FHE. We finally lived up to our promise. Looks like Abbi's got the hang of things already! Now she really knows what to do with the golf balls!

It was a hit! The kids loved hitting a bucket of balls. It was the cheapest family outing we've ever done. That bucket of balls lasted FOREVER.

County Fair

Every August I try and take the kids over to the county fair. They do a kids class that the kids have loved to attend. This year Denice my sister in law came along with us. Usually I don't take all three kiddos around to see the animals, but with Denice with me I decided I could handle it. Here's Sydney, Warner and Abbi checking out some of the animals. Abbi hard at it. She loved making her bus pencil holder. She loved putting the stickers on and then the minute we got in the van she took them right off! What a silly girl.
