How can you walk past the dollar items at Target and not walk away with something. To my kids you would think they were in a candy store. You tell them they can get one thing and they LOVE it.
Their choice this time reversible aprons!! Mom's idea finger paint!
The finger paint wasn't sticking well to the aprons, so why not draw on ourselves.

Memorial
May's always one of the hardest months for me. Between mothers day, the day my mom passed away, and memorial day it means there is a lot of crying the month of May. Don't get me wrong I still love it. I love reflecting on those who have gone before us. I look forward to the day I will see them all again, or in some cases meet a loved one for the first time.
Here's most of the grandchildren visiting grandma's grave.
These are out of order somehow....This is Ryan's grandpa June whom he's never met. We are always so glad to go up to Provo and put some flowers on his grave. What a colorful cemetery during Memorial.....flowers EVERYWHERE! It was so pretty.
Austin and Sophie at the Spanish Fork cemetery. So cute...it looks like Austin is telling her a story and she's just listening, or maybe grandma was with them telling them one of her made up stories!! These two are going to have so much fun together.
Grotto
Over Memorial weekend we decided it'd be fun to do a little family hike. I remember going to the Grotto up Payson canyon when I was a beehive. Back then it seemed like a long hike, but let me tell you it's not. But oh what a perfect hike for the family. If you attempt this I suggest not going on a holiday weekend, so you can spend more time when you get there. It got a little crowded.
Me and Miss Abbi making our way there. These were the only shoes we had that weren't flip flops or sandals. They were at LEAST one size to small. She was such a trooper....she walked the entire way in her small shoes.
Jeannie and Austin getting a feel for the water.
Go Sand Gnats
Warner's playing his second year of T-Ball. He's still not sure he's liking it with only one game left. We've sure enjoyed watching him! Since they play their games at the park in Aurora he's worried about playing on the play ground instead of ball. Good thing they pass out treats to keep him on the ball field!
Warner playing first base!
Getting ready to play the field again.
